Terms of Use

What using this blog means

Reading Safertourismseal means you accept these terms and understand that the blog offers general guidance for people planning trips, not a personal service. Questions about the terms can go to [email protected].

General information, not professional advice

Articles on travel planning, travel safety and responsible tourism are general information and personal opinion. They are not legal, medical, insurance or immigration advice, and they are not a substitute for official government travel advisories. Entry rules, health requirements, local laws and safety conditions can change quickly and differ by destination. Check current guidance from the relevant authorities, your insurer and your transport and accommodation providers before you travel. No tip here can guarantee a safe or trouble-free trip, and you remain responsible for your own choices abroad.

Ownership of the content

The text, layout and original material on the blog belong to the operator or are used with permission. You may read it, share links and quote a short extract with a clear credit and link back. Lifting whole guides, reposting them on another site or selling them on needs written permission first.

Using the blog properly

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, flood the blog with automated requests or distribute malicious code. Scraping the pages to build spam lists or fake review sites is also off limits. The operator may block visitors whose activity threatens the blog or the people reading it.

What you send us

If you send a correction, a question or a trip-related idea, you are telling us it is yours to share. We may read it and draw on it to improve the blog, and we are under no obligation to answer or publish it.

Ads, affiliate links and places you may be sent

The blog may carry advertising and may include affiliate links, which can earn the operator a small commission at no added cost to you. A commission never decides what an article recommends or warns against. Pages on travel often point readers to airlines, hotels, tour operators, booking platforms, insurers, government advisory pages and travel gear sellers. Those sites sit outside our control, and we cannot vouch for their prices, availability, safety standards or what they publish.

Warranties and liability

The blog is offered in its current state, with no promise that it will always be online. As far as the law allows, the operator makes no promise that it is accurate, current or uninterrupted, and is not liable for loss, cost or harm arising from use of the blog or from relying on its articles when travelling. Consumer rights that the law does not let anyone waive stay intact, as does any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and severability

These terms and the blog itself may be revised whenever needed, and a revised version takes effect when it appears here. If a tribunal ever decides that one of these clauses cannot be enforced, every other clause on the page keeps working as written.
