Small Group Travel All small group travel planned trips will have a maximum of 10 travelers per date and all custom trips will be private to only you and your traveling party to ensure effective social distancing. High-Level Sanitation Guidelines and Protocols Our protocols follow exacting guidelines recommended by health agencies including U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as the World Health Organization. Every home and vehicle are sanitized continuously, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Further, on-board hand sanitizing centers are available when traveling throughout the country during all activities. As appropriate, additional new directives, including enhanced health and hygiene measures, will be incorporated. 24/7 On-Ground Support We have local, highly trained, travel specialists in the area available 24/7 should any issues arise. Taking Care Of Our Staff The safety and health of our staff, both in Kenya and the U.S. continues to be one of our top priorities. Our staff is currently working remotely but available full-time. Daily video calls between our coordinating specialists and host families keep us face to face and up-to-date. In remote areas visited, safety and sanitation supplies are provided to keep our community healthy and well. We treasure our relationships with our guests and want you to feel as comfortable and confident as possible.
